Certain lift spring sets require they be matched with Old Man Emu (OME) Nitrocharger+ shocks / struts. Medium Load springs sets are typically recommended for 110 to 220 lbs over factory, usually a vehicle with added weight such as a bull bar, steel bumper, or tailgate camper/roof tent. Heavy Load springs are catered to vehicles with a constant load of 220 lbs or more, often vehicles with a steel bumper and winch, or spare tire and fuel carriers. While the ARB OME Lift Springs may lift the vehicle a bit over factory ride height, their main objective is to increase load carrying ability and maintain a desired road clearance.
