Reduces movement needed to shift
Looking to offer the most comprehensive kit available, and provide the shortest throw possible, SiriMoto designed their Short Throw Shifter to meet premium standards. The SiriMoto short shifter makes driving much more enjoyable and allows you to shift through gears at lightning fast speeds.
Ball-End Bushing Notes: The factory ball-end bushing is not sold separately through the OEM manufacturer, which means you are out of luck if you were to lose it or break it when un-installing it. The SiriMoto bushing is made out of a premium material that works well under the high stresses induced by fast shifting, so you can rest assured it will hold up to your demands. It is also much stiffer than the factory bushing and will provide greater feed-back.
Installation Tip: To help prevent damage to the Shift Lever Bushing during installation, we recommend warming up the acetal/Delrin bushing in hot water. This will allow the bushing to more easily install onto the Short Shift Adapter, and avoid the potential of it cracking.
Notes: "Adapter Kit" versions are not full shift levers, but smaller pieces that are custom fit for a particular vehicle's factory shifter.
