Perrin engine / motor and transmission mounts are a great upgrade for your Scion FRS. Stock engine / motor and transmission mounts are usually designed with very soft rubber and flex quite a bit. In addition, over time the soft rubber can degrade and become even softer or tear.
Worn out engine and transmission mounts can make your Scion FRS feel "sloppy" and vague. Soft or torn mounts also allow excess engine movement, which can reduce the amount of energy (horsepower) that is able to be transferred to the wheels.
Perrin mounts are designed for maximum support. Each kit has solid mounts with the accompanying bracket. Each kit includes 75A durometer (70A for transmission mounts) bushings and is made from solid 6061 billet aluminum. These mounts are the perfect solution for those that want the best out of their Scion FRS on both the track and the street.
