KYB shocks and struts are designed to restore your vehicle's originally designed handling and control characteristics while being affordable and easy to install. These KYB shock absorbers are calibrated to account for worn or time lowered suspension components and as a result they can be used with mild drop lowering springs. Springs with drop rates up to 1.0 inches lower than stock work well with these shocks. Lowering springs with greater lowering ranges may also be used but the ride quality may not be as smooth. (if you want to lower your car more than 1 inch, we recommend using other shocks or full coilovers). The special valving of the KYB shock is tailored to each application for best performance. When used within the range of normal operation these shocks and struts provide a clean smooth ride perfect for daily driving, cruising and light sport driving.
