An easy way to tackle this is to simply increase the size of the intercooler. With a larger intercooler, you can increase the overall surface area where heat can be dissipated. Doing so lowers the temperatures in the inlet and increases overall horsepower and efficiency. Knowing this PRL, created their intercooler upgrade. Being made of billet aluminum not only ensures solid overall quality, but also ensures minimal hot spots and cooling efficiency.
