HKS knows how important it is to keep heat out of the vital fluids in your Import's engine and transmission. That is why HKS made these oil cooler kits. Engine oil tends to absorb as much, if not more, heat than your cooling system when driving the car hard. If you increase the performance of your car without adding additional cooling you can seriously reduce the effectiveness and lifespan of your engine oil. HKS cooler kits come with all the tubing, mounting brackets, fitting, and hardware needed for bolt on installation.

HKS Transmission oil coolers work the same way as the oil coolers, but hook up to your transmission lines instead. Especially on modern dual clutch type transmissions, the trans fluid is subjected to very high pressures and heat which leads to fluid breakdown and performance degradation. By using an external fluid pump (included with HKS Trans cooler kits) the fluid is constantly pumped through the cooler core to maintain lower temps at all times. This constant flow also acts to help prevent any contamination in the oil from parts wear settling in any part of the transmission itself.
