Each strut is not just built to top standards, they are tuned for each vehicle application featuring specific valving to maximize vehicle stability. This helps retain factory-like driving stability and is capable with or without payload. BP-51 Shock / Strut Description:
The BP-51 shocks / struts offers the ultimate in comfort and rugged suspension performance. Each 51-BP shock / strut features a 51mm piston bore with internal bypass ports, which allow for position sensitive dampening. This dampening feature helps provide a smoother ride at normal height and will stiffen the dampening force at the extreme ends of the piston travel. This helps provide a stable ride as the suspension articulates over uneven roads, add to this the velocity sensitive piston valving and you have a damper that can handle terrains at any speed. In additioin, a tethered external reservoir allows for increased oil capacity while housing a pressurized nitrogen chamber with a floating piston divider. The increased oil capacity and pressurized gas allow for stable dampening performance, even under demaning conditions where extreme heat can cause fluid cavatation and total loss of dampening control. And, unlike many other adjustable shocks/struts which adjust only compression force, these dampers allow for rebound force adjustment as well. This provides a wide range of adjustment to precisely dial in your prefered comfort and ride settings. For good measure, the thread adjustable spring perch collars allow you to set an exact ride-height and spring preload whithout having to remove the strut.
MT64 Shock / Strut Description:
The MT64 monotube shocks / struts are a great upgrade that will endure tough terrain while retaining good ride quality and road stability. The massive 64mm piston bore, where the name is derived from, excels at heat dissipation, allows a larger oil capacity, and accepts a bigger piston. This combination provides massive weight load capacity while maintaining a refined ride. With a focus on modularity, the adjustable spring perch provides not only ride height adjustment, but also increases load capacity depending on the use-case. The aerospace grade aluminum body dissipates heat faster than the standard steel options, while still maintain durability. Digressive valving instantly reacts to changing surface conditions, and is velocity sensitive for ultimate control and feedback and any speed.
