Sold in sets of 4 pads (front set or rear set). This is a track oriented pad designed more for track use than street use.

Hawk DTC-30 brake pads are a great entry level pad for those looking to track their car. Designed with a wide temperature range of 100-1200 degrees Celsius, these pads ensure you have great performance right off the line. The pad has a great smooth operation with a powerful initial bite. This keeps braking controllable, even under severe braking conditions. Despite its aggressive braking performance, this DTC-30 compound is quite easy on the rotors. Smooth and aggressive braking makes this an ideal option for someone jumping into track events.

Key Features:
  • Track oriented pad with extreme stopping power.
  • Smooth operation with powerful initial bite.
  • Hawk's most popular entry level race brake pad - very usable temp range and smooth feel.
  • Easy on your rotors.
  • Operating temperatures of 100-1200 degrees Celsius.
  • Very good fade resistance, even under harsh conditions.
All Hawk Performance High Performance Street brake pads provide a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring products to be free of defects from manufacturer's workmanship and materials.

Notes on Applications: If an application references ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), then you need to check if your Subaru Forester has ABS. The easiest way to tell is by opening your hood and checking for a metallic box with a lot of metal lines coming out of it. This is the ABS unit. Also, for applications that reference rear brake pads, please check to make sure you have rear discs, not drums. To avoid brake imbalance, do not just upgrade the rear pads (purchase the front pads also).

Important Notes: For all new Hawk brake pads, we recommend following Hawk's Bed-In Procedure for maximum performance, which can be found in the brake pad instructions.
